Through a specialized, experienced and competent team in examining all architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical details .Moreover, we offer all other general services related to buildings and construction.
Our evaluation is carried out according to engineering and technical standards, with a detailed report on the general condition of the building supported by observations and images of all items, and a final evaluation of the main core building.

Our standards :
The BI team inspects and evaluates depending on four criteria:
(Location and surrounding environment – structural and architectural structure – electrical systems – mechanical systems, heating and air conditioning).
After that, the team prepare an integrated report using up to date equipment and conducts tests that include all small details. The result is a complete report on all defects in the building as well as all good aspects of the building and also presenting the best ways to correct all defects and issues.
