The BI team prepares a unified engineering contract as a flexible and transparent document form that contains all the necessary contractual provisions, which can be used in all building or engineering works under conditions of various administrative arrangements, and in accordance with the country laws and regulations or in accordance international laws. with this contract ,The contractor implements the works according to the designs prepared by the employer or his representative, and this contract can be used for all types of contracts depending on the scope of the project.
Evaluation and Market Cost Preparation
We have a qualified team with high experience in preparing market costs in the field of real estate for the following purposes:
1. Evaluation and appraisal for the purpose of buying and selling.
2. Evaluation and appraisal for the purpose of inheritance inventory and distribution.

It is considered as one of the special services provided by BI Which takes place during the process of handing over buildings so that both parties ensure proper handover as well as the facilities management agens , Through out the inspection and evaluation report, the handover between the property owner and the lease holder the handover will take place, because the inspection process explains all the details, and the inspection report is considered official document. Which is easy for both parties as reference at the end of the lease agreement because it indicate and explains the entry condition of the property when handing it over back to the property owner
Engineering consultations and designs:

Inspection and evaluation for the purpose of maintenance and use :
This service is performed periodically once or twice a year through BI so that the property owner can carry out the required maintenance, and this periodic maintenance helps to save the buildings from being exposed to deterioration.
The inspection team can determine whether the building is in need of maintenance or not, and document all required repairs or maintenance to be categorized either as periodic maintenance or urgent maintenance
Engineering arbitration and dispute resolution:
We consider disputes in engineering contracts between engineers, contractors, and employers, whether they are individuals or group, and disputes resulted because applying the agreements terms. if the two parties agree in written contract or in sub-agreement on arbitration. This is because this is common practice considering arbitration as the ideal way for resolving disputes related to engineering, after applying the alternative ways of resolving disputes.
